When I founded Silver Financial Administration in Boston in 2017, I had a simple conviction: the entrepreneurs and families who carry real risk, who build real things, deserve a CPA who sits on their side of the table.
The accounting industry has spent two decades drifting toward volume. Bigger firms. More software. Less of the person you actually hired. The work became a commodity. The relationship became a ticket queue. The client became a file number.
That is not the practice I wanted to build. So I built something else.
Silver is a boutique by design. Every client has a direct line to a partner. Every engagement begins with strategy, not paperwork. Every relationship is built for the long arc, because the work compounds when the relationship does.
If that resonates, I would welcome the conversation. We are selective about who we take on, because the work requires it. But the door is open for the right fit.
