01 — Our Philosophy

A boutique practice
built around five principles.

Silver Financial Administration was founded in Boston in 2017 with a deliberate intention: to serve entrepreneurs and high-net-worth families the way they deserve to be served. Not as line items on a software dashboard. Not as tax IDs to process during season. As individuals whose decisions shape companies, families, and communities.

Our practice rests on five principles that govern every engagement, every client relationship, and every recommendation we make. They are not slogans. They are the operating system of the firm.

01 Integrity The truth, even when it costs us.
02 Responsibility We own the outcome with you.
03 Knowledge Continuous mastery of an evolving code.
04 Commitment Long-arc relationships, not transactions.
05 Passion We genuinely love this work.
02 — Our Practice

Four kinds of clients.
One standard of care.

Each engagement is structured around the realities of the client. The standard is always boutique advisory, never volume processing.

01 / Practice Area

For Entrepreneurs

Founders building companies that compound.

From entity formation through scale, we design the financial architecture that supports growth, protects equity, and converts ambition into durable wealth.

  • Entity structuring for LLCs, S-Corps, C-Corps
  • Quarterly tax strategy and forecasting
  • Owner compensation and equity planning
  • Bookkeeping, cleanup, and CFO oversight
02 / Practice Area

For Individuals

Professionals and families who want clarity.

Personal tax planning that goes beyond filing. We surface opportunities, anticipate liabilities, and align tax strategy with broader life decisions.

  • Annual federal and state returns
  • Estimated tax planning and quarterly payments
  • Real estate and investment income strategy
  • Charitable giving and trust coordination
03 / Practice Area

For HNW Families

Stewardship across generations.

Multi-entity advisory for families with operating businesses, investment portfolios, real estate, and the wealth-transfer questions that come with them.

  • Family office coordination
  • Estate and gift tax strategy
  • Trust accounting and fiduciary returns
  • Generational wealth transfer planning
04 / Practice Area

For Multi-State Operators

Compliance across jurisdictions.

Operating across state lines creates compounding complexity. We map nexus, harmonize compliance, and surface optimization opportunities other firms miss.

  • Multi-state nexus analysis
  • Sales tax registration and filings
  • Apportionment and allocation strategy
  • Audit defense and voluntary disclosure
03 — The 1% Methodology

What sets the top
1% apart.

Three disciplines that compound into a different category of outcome.

I.

Strategic Architecture

We design the tax and financial structure before transactions happen, not after the year closes. Most firms react to history. We engineer the year ahead.

II.

Direct Human Contact

Every client has a direct line to a partner. No call centers. No ticket queues. The same person who designs the strategy is the person who answers when you call.

III.

Long-Arc Stewardship

We measure success in decades, not deadlines. Our clients stay with us through formation, scale, exit, and beyond, because the work compounds.

A Note From The Founder
06.

When I founded Silver Financial Administration in Boston in 2017, I had a simple conviction: the entrepreneurs and families who carry real risk, who build real things, deserve a CPA who sits on their side of the table.

The accounting industry has spent two decades drifting toward volume. Bigger firms. More software. Less of the person you actually hired. The work became a commodity. The relationship became a ticket queue. The client became a file number.

That is not the practice I wanted to build. So I built something else.

Silver is a boutique by design. Every client has a direct line to a partner. Every engagement begins with strategy, not paperwork. Every relationship is built for the long arc, because the work compounds when the relationship does.

If that resonates, I would welcome the conversation. We are selective about who we take on, because the work requires it. But the door is open for the right fit.

07 — Start A Conversation

Your business deserves
more than tax season.

Strategic financial architecture begins with a conversation. We are selective about engagements because the work requires it. If the fit is right, the relationship lasts decades.
